California Cybersecurity Institute

The Noyce School of Applied Computing continues to evaluate strategic opportunities for experiential learning and industry engagement. To enhance those efforts, we have temporarily discontinued the Cybersecurity Institute and 5G Lab initiatives. This helps us reassess our priorities and align future experiential learning investments with emerging opportunities in applied computing and interdisciplinary innovation.

The work of faculty, staff, students and partners in these initiatives is invaluable in shaping important conversations about the future of applied computing at Cal Poly.

Our partnership between DxHub and AWS remains a strong priority and will continue moving forward.

Noyce remains deeply committed to expanding hands-on, Learn by Doing experiences that prepare students to lead in rapidly evolving fields. Additional updates regarding future initiatives and opportunities will be shared as planning continues.
